Consultations
Consultation fees are non-refundable.
Consultation fees cover the dentist’s professional time, evaluation, and advice
These fees are non-refundable, even if no treatment is carried out.
Online/tele-consultations are billed the same as in-person visits and follow the same rules.
Dental Treatments
Refunds are only considered if treatment was paid for in advance and cancelled before it begins.
Once treatment has started, payments are non-refundable.
Advance Payments
If you pre-pay for a service and cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, you may request a refund or reschedule.
Products (e.g., oral care items)
Products may only be returned if unopened, unused, and in original condition within 7 days of purchase.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
